Is A Reservation Necessary?
We strongly recommend that you book online prior to making a trip to Hochatown Escape Games. Rooms can fill up hours or even days in advance, so secure your preferred spot as soon as possible. If you are in the area and want to stop by to see if we have immediate availability, you are more than welcome to do so.
Are Tickets Refundable?
No. Please keep in mind that the game is a live event, so once the booking is confirmed, refunds or cancellations are not allowed. You may reschedule your game at any time prior to 7 days before your reservations. Games may not be rescheduled within one week of your reservation.
How Early Should I Arrive?
It’s essential that you arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your game. Your briefing begins prior to your scheduled game, so don’t be late!!!
Will I Be Playing with Others?
At this time we do not pair you with other groups. It will be a private experience.
What If I'm Claustrophobic?
Your safety is our top priority!!! You may exit the room during any point of the game, however your time does not stop.
do you sell alcoholic beverages?
Yes, we have a good selection of a variety of beer and whine based drinks.
What should We bring with us?
Bring your sense of adventure and problem solving savvy! You can wear whatever is most comfortable. If you require reading glasses, you should probably bring them. You will be squatting down, looking under items and investigating throughout the room.
Can Children Participate?
Kids have a blast! Their spirit of adventure will help the team find clues and give input on puzzles. While they won’t be able to conquer the whole room without your help, you are all sure to have a great time working together.
Children under the age of 12 are required to have an adult age 18 or over in the game room with them. Children aged 12-15 are required to have an adult aged 18 or over on site, but are not required to play the game with them.
